On July 10th and 11th, fourth-year high school students from Bornego College showcased their creative minds during the Young Climathon. Supported by the Municipality of Heerenveen, this initiative challenged young thinkers to demonstrate their creativity and sustainability in redesigning the Burgemeester Kuperusplein.
The Burgemeester Kuperusplein is central to the Heerenveen community, and these young talents were tasked with redesigning the square. The results of their efforts were nothing short of inspiring. The Young Climathon is a great example of how today's youth is engaged in seeking sustainable solutions for the challenges of tomorrow.
