The Municipality of Heerenveen has selected us to develop a layout plan for the town center's core shopping area. For the past four years, a large group of engaged residents and entrepreneurs has been contributing to the Town Center Vision, and now it's our turn to bring that vision to life. The Dracht, Sieversstraat, Gemeenteplein, and Lindegracht collectively form the historical and commercial heart of the center, and in our plan, they will become more attractive and better prepared for the future. On October 3rd, our firm presented the plan at a well-attended residents' meeting. We aim to significantly increase greenery in the center, introduce new paving, add more seating areas, and incorporate several beautiful nods to Heerenveen's history.
