A building lot of 47 houses has been developed between De Groene Voorwaarts and the historical institution site of Groot Schuylenburg. A condition for this building plan was that, seen from the street, parked cars would not be in sight, a slow-traffic route would be included, and the character of the outdoors would connect with the green environment.
We developed a plan with a relaxed outdoors atmosphere which allows inhabitants sufficient space for playing, a picnic, gardening, or reading a book on a bench outside. The garlands of vegetation connect the different corners of the area and make for a green spacious arrangement.
